Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is state of the art and provides both intensive monitoring and treatment for our clients. ICU patients have existing or potentially life-threatening health problems. The staff follows a holistic approach in caring for ICU patients and families with the objective of restoring the patient to optimum health. Interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care is achieved through clinical pathways, patient rounds, and conferences.

We have a 10-bed ICU facility that caters to all type of major traumas and critical conditions e.g. Medical, Surgical, Neurological, Thoracic, and Cardiac Surgery. Our nurse to patient ratio is optimized to provide the best care. In addition, we also have nursing assistants present to help with patient care.

Our critical care specialist physicians guide the medical care of the patient. Physician specialists from other services may also be involved in the medical care. We not only treat you like part of our family, we use top-notch technology – including telemetry and ICU telemedicine, which allows us to continue to monitor our patients and also have consultation with our specialists across the world. Genesis Specialist Hospital is the first center in the country with E-ICU services and telemedicine consultations.
